Take the next step with our FREE three-week construction training course, available to eligible residents of Cheshire and Warrington. Training is delivered online via Microsoft Teams and is followed by a guaranteed interview for full-time employment.

Whether you are new to construction or already have industry experience, this fully funded programme will help you develop your skills, gain recognised qualifications and progress towards employment.

• Duration: Three weeks

• Days: Monday to Friday

• Time: 9:00am–3:30pm

• Location: Online via Microsoft Teams

• Delivery: Live, tutor-led online training

• Cost: FREE—government funded

• Please note: The training is unpaid and leads to an interview for full-time employment.

📋 Eligibility

To be eligible for the course, you must:

• Be aged 19 or over

• Be living within the Cheshire and Warrington area

• Be able to attend the full three-week online course

• Have access to a suitable device and internet connection for Microsoft Teams

• Be a permanent UK resident

💼 Guaranteed Interview for Full-Time Employment

The three-week training course is followed by a guaranteed interview for a full-time construction role.

If you are unsuccessful at interview, you will continue to receive weekly employment support to help you improve your applications, prepare for future interviews and continue your job search.
