General Operative / Labourer

General Operative / Labourer (M30 7DZ) – Fulltime

An opportunity to work on a major construction project in the M30 7DZ area, delivering important works over the coming years.

PAYE basis

£15.25 per hour for the first 39 hours
Time and a half after 39 hours

Paid Holidays: 30 days per year (including bank holidays)

Must Have:

• CSCS Green Labourer Card
• NPORS Traffic Marshal
• Previous experience working on construction or infrastructure projects
• Good understanding of Health & Safety procedures
• Ability to carry out general labouring duties and traffic marshalling
• Reliable and proactive approach to work
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out general labouring duties across site
• Assist tradespeople and site teams with daily activities
• Carry out traffic marshalling duties safely and efficiently
• Assist with deliveries and movement of materials around site
• Keep work areas clean, tidy and free from hazards
• Follow site procedures and Health & Safety requirements
• Support the successful delivery of the project
