• Days: Monday to Friday
• Time: 9:00am – 3:30pm
• Location: Basingstoke
• Training: Online (2 weeks), in-person training (1 week)
• Training is unpaid, leading to an interview for full-time employment

📋 Eligibility

To be eligible for the course, you must:

• Be aged 19 or over
• Be able to commute to Basingstoke and attend a full week
• Be a permanent UK resident
• Be living within the Hampshire area

The 3-week training course is followed by a guaranteed interview for full-time employment in a construction role.

Once you successfully complete the training, you will have the opportunity to interview for full-time employment.

If you are unsuccessful at interview, you won't be left on your own. Weekly job support will be provided to help you improve your applications, prepare for future interviews and continue your search for employment.
