Mobile Fabric Technician – Antrim, Northern Ireland

Location: Antrim, Northern Ireland (Mobile Role)
Salary: £33,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday

Overview

We are seeking a Mobile Fabric Technician to support multiple commercial contracts across Northern Ireland. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced fabric maintenance professional to join a growing facilities management team, delivering high-quality planned and reactive maintenance across a diverse portfolio of sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive fabric repairs across multiple sites.
• Undertake general building maintenance including carpentry, painting and decorating, patch repairs, basic plumbing, and other fabric-related tasks.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests, ensuring minimal disruption to client operations.
• Complete maintenance records and job reports accurately.
• Ensure all work is carried out safely and in line with company procedures and health and safety regulations.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients across multiple contracts.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a fabric maintenance or building maintenance role.
• A trade qualification is desirable but not essential.
• Ability to work independently across multiple sites.
• Full UK driving licence.

Package

• Salary of £33,000 per annum.
• Company van and fuel card provided.
• 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
• Monday to Friday working pattern.
