General Operative

A General Operative is required to join an industrial battery recycling company in the Wednesbury / Darlaston area on a temporary basis. The company is a well-established firm, and you will be responsible for the unboxing, packing and wrapping of recycled goods, primarily batteries.

Your duties and responsibilities will include;

• Unboxing batteries
• Packing and wrapping product for recycling
• Sorting items and manual handling
• Moving stock around the facility

The hours of work for this general operative role will be straight days working 7:00am - 3:30pm, covering 40 hours per week.

• The role pays £12.71 per hour
• Weekly pay on Fridays
• Temporary role to start, with a view to extending
