Full-Time | Training & Career Development Available

Location: Outskirts of Wellington, Somerset (Own transport required due to location)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00am – 3:00pm
Pay: £12.80–£13.00 per hour
Contract: Full-time | Temp-to-Perm

We're recruiting a Labourer / General Operative to join a well-established business on the outskirts of Wellington. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys practical work and is looking to develop within a supportive team.

This is a training position, with the opportunity to gain further skills and, following a successful probation period, potential forklift training and additional responsibilities.

Working under a covered canopy, you'll be involved in a variety of production and yard duties, including:

• Loading and moving materials
• Operating production machinery (full training provided)
• Supporting the day-to-day running of the site
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work area
• Following health and safety procedures at all times
• Working as part of a friendly and hardworking team

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Someone looking for a long-term opportunity
• Reliable, hardworking and punctual
• Comfortable with manual handling and working in an outdoor covered environment
• Previous labouring, production or warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential
• Own transport is essential due to the location
