General Restaurant Manager

General Manager | £35,000–£40,000 + Tips | OTE £57,000+ | Quarterly & Annual Bonuses 

This is a chance to join a young, growing hospitality business at an exciting point in its journey. My client is opening its second site and is looking for a General Manager who wants more than simply running a restaurant day to day. You’ll have the opportunity to help shape the business, build a great team and play a key role in its growth, with the potential to progress into a multi-site management position as the company expands.

The concept brings together breakfast and brunch during the day, pizza into the evening, great coffee and smoothies, and a strong wine offering. As General Manager, you’ll lead the operation across both front and back of house, developing the team, managing rotas and stock, maintaining food safety standards and ensuring guests receive a consistently great experience. This role would suit a hands-on hospitality manager who understands the numbers behind a successful restaurant and enjoys being involved in the detail as well as leading from the front.

• £35,000–£40,000 salary (Doe) + tips, with tips expected to exceed £5,000
• £500 quarterly bonus based on business performance
• Annual profit bonus of up to £10,000
• OTE of £57,000+, with genuine progression towards multi-site management
