Job Title: General Secondary Teacher
Location: Whitley Bay
Start Date: ASAP / September (flexible)
Contract: Full-time (Monday–Friday, 8:30am–4:00pm)

Overview:
We are looking to appoint a skilled and enthusiastic Secondary Teacher to join a secondary school in Whitley Bay. This is a full-time role, ideal for someone who is confident covering a range of subjects across year groups. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and practical lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4

• Plan and prepare high-quality lessons that cater to a range of abilities

• Manage classroom behaviour effectively to maintain a productive learning space

• Assess, monitor and report on student progress

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification

• Experience teaching within a secondary school setting

• Strong knowledge of you subject specialism

• Excellent classroom management and organisational skills

• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting student wellbeing
