Based in Manchester, this Geotechnical Design Engineer role will involve:

• Producing permanent and temporary geotechnical designs.

• Supporting ground investigations and geotechnical assessments.

• Designing foundations, retaining walls, earthworks and slope stability solutions.

• Working on multidisciplinary infrastructure projects and carrying out site visits.

To be considered for this Geotechnical Design Engineer position, you should have:

• An MEng or MSc in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering.

• Post-graduate experience in geotechnical engineering or tunnelling.

• Strong knowledge of soil mechanics, foundations and geotechnical design.

• A full UK driving licence.

• Full right to work in the UK.

• Residence in or within a reasonable commuting distance of the Manchester office.
