You will play an important role in managing and supporting German-speaking client accounts, ensuring enquiries are handled professionally and efficiently
What’s on Offer
- Job type: Full-time hours, Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
- Location: Bexhill on Sea
- Salary: up to £32,000 p/a
- Acting as a key point of contact for German-speaking clients
- Managing and supporting client accounts
- Handling customer enquiries via telephone and email
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Processing orders and updating customer information
- Liaising with internal departments to resolve customer queries
- Maintaining accurate records on internal systems
- Providing a professional and efficient customer service experience
- Fluent German language skills, both written and spoken
- Previous experience within customer service, account management or a similar role
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Strong administration and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple client enquiries and priorities
- Good attention to detail and confidence using computer systems
