Are you fluent in German and looking to build a long-term career in Project and Account Management?

As the business continues to grow, they are expanding their German-speaking Account Management team and are looking to bring in a talented graduate who is fluent in German and English and has the potential to develop a long-term career within the business.

This is an opportunity to join an established international creative agency working with major retail and FMCG brands.

You don't need previous Project Management, Account Management or packaging experience. Full training will be provided, giving you the opportunity to learn the business, develop your project management skills and progress your career over time.

We're looking for someone who is fluent in German, highly organised, analytical and naturally focused on detail, who enjoys working in a fast-paced, process-driven environment and is keen to develop professionally.

THE ROLE

Working as part of the Project Management team, you'll support an Account Manager in coordinating projects from the initial client brief through to completion.

Your role will include:

• Taking briefs from clients and ensuring requirements are clearly understood.
• Supporting the Account Manager with the coordination and delivery of client projects.
• Coordinating with clients, creative teams and other internal departments.
• Managing project timelines and following detailed critical path processes.
• Tracking progress and ensuring key deadlines and milestones are met.
• Reviewing and analysing information to ensure accuracy and identifying any issues.
• Maintaining detailed project records and keeping information up to date.
• Communicating with clients and contacts in fluent German and English.
• Managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced FMCG environment.
• Supporting the wider Account Management and Project Management teams.
• Gradually taking on greater responsibility for your own projects as your knowledge and experience develops.

This is a role where accuracy, organisation and attention to detail are essential. You'll need to enjoy working with processes, analysing information and keeping track of lots of moving parts to ensure projects stay on schedule.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're particularly interested in graduates who are fluent in German and English and are looking for a company where they can build a long-term career.

You will ideally have:

Fluent German and English – essential, both written and spoken.

A degree or equivalent qualification.

Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to your work.

Strong analytical and organisational skills.

The ability to follow processes and manage information accurately.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

The confidence to communicate with clients and colleagues.

The ability to manage competing priorities and work to deadlines.

A genuine interest in developing a career in Project and Account Management.

The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

Previous Project Management, Account Management, packaging or FMCG experience is not essential. Full training will be provided.

Most importantly, you'll be someone who is fluent in German, organised, analytical, comfortable working with detail and keen to learn and develop.

CAREER DEVELOPMENT

This is much more than a graduate administration role.

The business is continuing to grow and expand its German-speaking Account Management team, creating an opportunity for a graduate to join the team at Project Executive level and develop their skills within the business.

You'll receive full training and ongoing support while gaining hands-on experience in project coordination, client communication and account management.

As your knowledge and experience develop, you'll take on increasing responsibility and have the opportunity to progress your career into Project Management and Account Management.

The aim is to develop someone who can build a long-term career with the business, rather than simply offering a short-term graduate position.
