Are you a recent graduate looking to gain valuable experience in a secondary school before committing to teacher training? Or perhaps you're considering a career in education and want to see what life in the classroom is really like?

We're currently working with a number of secondary schools looking for enthusiastic graduates to join their teams from September.

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on classroom experience, build your confidence working with young people and develop skills that will be invaluable if you decide to pursue a career in teaching.

• Supporting students across KS3 and KS4
• Working alongside experienced teachers and support staff
• Assisting with lessons and classroom activities
• Providing additional support to students who need it
• Helping maintain a positive and engaging learning environment
• Potentially leading small-group activities or lessons as your confidence develops
• Gaining valuable experience that can support a future PGCE, QTS or teacher training application

You don't necessarily need previous school experience. We're particularly interested in graduates who are:

• Strong communicators
• Patient and supportive
• Able to build positive relationships with students
• Interested in developing a career in education

Graduates with degrees in English, Maths, Science, Psychology, Geography, History, PE, Languages, Art or other relevant subjects are particularly encouraged to apply.
