We are working with a leading plastic injection moulding manufacturer that is looking to appoint a Graduate Launch Engineer to join its New Product Introduction (NPI) team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious engineering graduate to develop their career within a fast-paced manufacturing environment, supporting the launch of new vehicle programmes for premium automotive customers.

Graduate Launch Engineer
Job Description
  • Support the delivery of new product introduction programs across multiple automotive projects
  • Investigate and resolve technical, dimensional, and fitment issues using structured problem-solving techniques
  • Assist with prototype and pre-production build activities, including quality checks and customer shipments
  • Participating in project reviews and customer meetings, providing updates on programs progress and key milestones
  • Prepare technical reports and presentations to communicate project status, findings, and action plans
Graduate Launch Engineer
Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
  • Degree, HNC, HND, or equivalent experience within an engineering-related discipline
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to investigate and solve technical challenges
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel; Project and Minitab experience would be advantageous
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel when required
