Your new role
As a Graduate Operations Associate, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of a fast-growing and ambitious business. Working closely with senior leaders and stakeholders, you'll help coordinate events, programmes and operational activities, ensuring everything runs smoothly and to the highest standard. You'll manage logistics, stakeholder communications, reporting and administration, while supporting a wide range of projects across the business. What you'll need to succeed
We're looking for a high-calibre graduate with a strong academic record from a leading university and a genuine desire to learn and progress. You'll be exceptionally organised, detail-oriented and methodical, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and maintain high standards in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in demanding settings such as events, hospitality, operations, consulting or similar environments would be highly advantageous. You'll be calm under pressure, adaptable when priorities shift and comfortable taking ownership of tasks from start to finish. Most importantly, you'll be a proactive problem-solver who enjoys finding solutions, getting stuck in and building the foundations for a successful and progressive career within a growing organisation.
