Position: Graduate Quantity Surveyor Award for an award winning Building Envelope / Facades solutions business in North Manchester
You will be involved with:
- Assist with cost planning and tender submissions.
- Prepare subcontractor enquiries and comparisons.
- Measure and value works from drawings and BIM models.
- Support procurement of façade, cladding, roofing, and envelope packages.
- Assist with monthly valuations, variations, and final accounts.
- Track project costs against budgets.
- Attend site meetings and progress reviews.
- Work with project managers, designers, and site teams.
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, Construction Management, or similar.
- Building envelope experience through employment, placement year, internship, or site work.- essential
- Knowledge of cladding, roofing, façades, curtain walling, or external envelope systems.
- Good Excel skills.
- Understanding of JCT or NEC contracts.
- Strong numerical and communication skills.
- Full UK driving licence - essential
