Quantity Surveyor

I’m working with a well-established multidisciplinary property and construction consultancy to recruit a Quantity Surveyor for its growing Bristol office.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy cost management team delivering projects across commercial, residential, education, healthcare and public sector sectors. You’ll work with a broad client base and be involved in projects from feasibility through to final account.

• Prepare cost plans, estimates and feasibility studies.

• Manage procurement and tender processes.

• Administer contracts and manage valuations, variations and final accounts.

• Provide cost advice throughout project delivery.

• Support client relationships and contribute to repeat business opportunities.

• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.

• Consultancy experience preferred.

• Strong cost management and contract administration knowledge.

• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

• MRICS or working towards chartership is advantageous.

• £40,000–£50,000 salary (DOE).
