Hamilton Barnes is hiring Trainee Recruitment Consultants to join our growing technology recruitment business in the heart of London.
You don't need recruitment experience. We're looking for competitive, driven and ambitious people who want a career where performance directly impacts their earnings and progression.
The Role
You'll receive full training from day one and learn how to:
- Source and qualify candidates within specialist technology markets
- Build relationships with candidates and clients
- Win new business and develop client relationships
- Manage the recruitment process from start to finish
- Have the opportunity to build and run your own specialist recruitment desk
- Work towards clear targets with uncapped earning potential
Our consultants recruit across high-growth technology markets including Network Engineering, Cloud Infrastructure, AI & Data Centres and RF Engineering, working with clients across the UK, Europe and US.
You'll suit the role if you're:

- Confident speaking to people on the phone

- Independent and willing to take ownership
- Ambitious about building a long-term career
A background in sales, sport, hospitality, retail or other target-driven environments can be a great fit, but no specific experience or degree is required.
