Salary: £90 - £110 per day (dependent on experience)

The Role:

* Supporting pupils across the classroom to maximise engagement and progress
* Delivering targeted interventions in small groups and on a one-to-one basis
* Assisting teachers with lesson preparation and classroom activities
* Supporting pupils with additional learning needs where required
* Encouraging positive behaviour and helping to create an inclusive learning environment
* Gaining invaluable experience ahead of teacher training or further study

The Ideal Candidate:

* A recent graduate with a strong academic background
* Passionate about education and supporting young people
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Positive, proactive and eager to learn
* Able to build strong relationships with pupils and staff
* Previous experience working with children is desirable but not essential
