The Role – Graduate Teaching Assistant

A welcoming and inclusive Primary School in Greenwich is seeking a Graduate Teaching Assistant to join their team on a long-term basis starting ASAP or September 2026. In this role, you will support pupils both academically and pastorally, helping to create a positive and engaging learning environment for all students.

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with class teachers to deliver targeted 1:1 interventions, support small group learning, and assist pupils who require additional support with their learning, confidence, or behaviour. The successful candidate will be proactive, enthusiastic, and able to build positive relationships with students across the primary age range.

The ideal Graduate Teaching Assistant will hold a 2:1 degree or above in English, Maths, Science, or Psychology and have a genuine passion for supporting children within education.
