What You'll Be Doing:

• Supporting teachers in delivering engaging lessons across a range of subjects and year groups
• Leading small-group interventions to improve academic progress and pupil confidence
• Providing individual support for pupils who require additional guidance
• Assisting with lesson preparation and creating engaging classroom resources
• Encouraging positive behaviour and helping pupils develop confidence and independence
• Working collaboratively with teachers and support staff to ensure every child reaches their potential

• A high-achieving graduate with an excellent academic background
• Holds a degree from a recognised university with strong GCSE and A-Level results
