We are currently recruiting Graduate Teaching Assistants to work in welcoming and supportive secondary schools across Enfield from September. This is an excellent opportunity for aspiring teachers, educational psychologists, or graduates looking to make a positive impact while developing their classroom skills.
The role will include:
- Supporting students across Key Stages 3–5
- Working with individuals and small groups to enhance learning
- Assisting teachers with lesson preparation and classroom activities
- Promoting positive behaviour and student engagement
- Supporting students with varying learning needs
- Ongoing support from a dedicated consultant
- Permanent equivalent pay after 12 weeks
- Earn up to £300 in vouchers through our referral scheme
