What does a Recruitment Consultant actually do?

You'll become the link between ambitious professionals and businesses looking to hire the best talent in their market.

Your day-to-day will involve:

• Building relationships with candidates and clients
• Speaking to senior professionals and decision-makers
• Identifying and approaching high-quality candidates
• Winning new business and developing client relationships
