Are you a recent science or engineering graduate looking to build a career in technical compliance, product certification and regulatory affairs?

We're looking for an enthusiastic, organised and detail-oriented Graduate Technical Compliance Assistant to join our friendly technical team. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career in a varied role where you'll receive training and gain hands-on experience supporting product compliance, certification and technical documentation.

You'll work alongside experienced colleagues and learn about international product approvals, testing processes and technical standards, making this an ideal first step into a technical or regulatory career.

What you'll be doing

• Assisting with applications for and maintenance of product certifications, including WRAS, Watermark, NSF and other approvals.
• Coordinating product samples for external testing laboratories.
• Supporting the artwork proofing and product change process.
• Maintaining technical documentation and ensuring records are kept up to date.
• Assisting with product development and routine technical testing where required.
• Liaising with internal departments and external testing bodies.
• Supporting the technical team with a variety of compliance and administration activities.

We're looking for someone who:

• Has a degree or HND in a science, engineering or related technical discipline.
• Has excellent attention to detail and enjoys working accurately.
• Is organised and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Is confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Is eager to learn and develop new technical skills.
• Can work independently while also enjoying being part of a team.

Previous experience in a technical, laboratory, quality or compliance environment would be beneficial but is not essential, as full training will be provided.
