Location: Horsham, West Sussex
Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 basic + Uncapped Commission + Monthly Bonuses + Car Allowance

Our Horsham office has been successfully supporting construction businesses across Sussex for more than 20 years, supplying Trades, Labour and Management professionals on both a temporary and permanent basis.

Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit an ambitious and driven individual to join our successful Trades & Labour team.

The Opportunity

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in recruitment, sales and business development.

You don't need previous recruitment experience – we're looking for the right attitude, work ethic and ambition. We will provide the training, support and tools to help you become a successful Recruitment Consultant.

You'll join an established and supportive team where you'll learn how to:

  • Build relationships with construction clients across Sussex.
  • Source and manage candidates for temporary and permanent vacancies.
  • Develop your own client portfolio and generate new business opportunities.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Build and maintain a successful temporary workforce.
  • Negotiate and deliver excellent customer service to both clients and candidates.

This is a fast-paced, rewarding and highly entrepreneurial role where no two days are the same.
