You’ll be working for a major housing association, starting from the Solihull area and helping to maintain communal outdoor spaces and residential estates. This is an organisation offering stability, regular hours, and the opportunity to become permanent as a Grounds Maintenance Operative.

As a Grounds Maintenance Operative you will be:
- Grass cutting across communal and residential green spaces
- Hedge cutting and general grounds upkeep
- Strimming and maintaining grassed areas
- Operating ride-on mowers
- Keeping outdoor spaces tidy and well maintained
- Travelling across sites around Birmingham as required
I’d love to speak to anyone who has:
- Previous grounds maintenance or landscaping experience
- Experience using strimmers, hedge cutters and grass-cutting equipment
- Experience operating ride-on mowers
- The ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- A reliable and hardworking approach
This Grounds Maintenance Operative role is offering the following benefits:
- £17.20 per hour
- Weekly pay
- 37 hours per week
