Job Title: Groundworks Squad
Location: Near Peterhead
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: Ongoing
Working Hours: 7.00am – 6.00pm, Monday to Friday, with potential weekend work
Pay Rate: £19.19 per hour (PAYE – basic rate)
Overtime: £25.58 p/hour after 10 hours midweek | £28.79 p/hour at weekends

Overview:

Corrie Recruitment are currently recruiting experienced Groundworks Squads for a major civils project near Peterhead.

We are looking for established squads who are experienced working together and can hit the ground running as part of a busy site team.

The role offers long-term work, substantial weekday hours and the potential for additional weekend earning opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carrying out general groundworks and civils duties
  • Assisting with drainage, ducting, excavation and associated works as required
  • Working as part of an established squad to deliver works safely and efficiently
  • Supporting the wider site team and following direction from site management
  • Maintaining high standards of workmanship and health & safety

Requirements:

• Valid CSCS Certification – essential
  • Previous experience in groundworks/civils
  • Established squads preferred
  • Relevant CPCS plant tickets advantageous
  • Full UK Driving Licence and own transport advantageous
  • Full Orange PPE

Package Includes:

• £19.19 per hour PAYE – basic rate
  • Time & ⅓ after 10 hours midweek
  • Time & ½ at weekends
  • 7.00am – 6.00pm Monday to Friday
  • Potential for weekend work
  • Long-term work on a major civils project near Peterhead
