Groundworker with Dumper & Roller

Location: Tilbury, Essex

Position: Full-Time, Temporary to Permanent

Rate: £19.00 - £22.00 per hour (Dependent on experience/pay ticket)

Start Date: Immediate

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Groundworker who holds valid Dumper and Roller tickets for an immediate start on a busy commercial development site in the Tilbury area.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled operative looking for consistent hours, competitive pay, and the potential for long-term work.

• Carrying out all aspects of deep drainage, finishing work, curbing, and paving.

• Safe operation of Forward Tipping Dumpers and Ride-On Rollers on site.

• Assisting the site management team with daily groundworks tasks as required.

• Adhering strictly to health and safety regulations on site.

• CPCS or NPORS Card: Must have Forward Tipping Dumper and Ride-On Roller categories.

• Experience: Proven track record in all aspects of groundworks (drainage and finishing experience is highly desirable).

• Reliability: Excellent timekeeping and a strong work ethic.

• Safety: Full personal protective equipment (PPE) and a safety-first mindset.

• References: Able to provide at least two recent, checkable work references.

• Highly competitive hourly rates.
