Job Description
TradesTech Recruitment are currently seeking Groundworks Gangs for ongoing work in Wellesbourne, starting 14th September. We're looking for experienced Groundworkers, alongside a General Foreman and Banksman per gang, to join a long-term project involving deep drainage, manholes, and coffer dams.
Gang Composition (per gang)
  • 1x General Foreman
  • 2x Groundworkers
  • 1x Banksman
Job Details
  • Position: Groundworker (multiple positions across 3 gangs)
  • Location: Wellesbourne, CV35
  • Rate: Groundworker – £24/hour (CIS) | General Foreman – £320/day
  • Start Date: 14th September
  • Duration: Ongoing work
Mandatory Gang Skill Requirements
  • Street Works experience (certificate not essential) — minimum 5 years' experience as a Groundworker digging around live services and building coffer dams, pipelaying
  • CAT and Genny
  • Confined Space trained
  • EUSR (1 & 2)
  • General Foreman – First Aider/Fire Marshal
  • General Foreman – Ability to read and understand drawings (Temporary Works)
  • General Foreman – Ability to read, brief, and understand the Permit to Dig
  • Banksman – Traffic Marshal
Cards Required
  • Street Works
  • EUSR 1 & 2
  • CSCS
