Location: Bourne, Lincolnshire – A15

Rate: Negotiable DOE – Outside IR35

Site Manager – Groundworks – Bourne

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to join our client, a well-established groundworks subcontractor, on a commercial groundworks project in the Bourne area.

This is a site-based management position overseeing 2–3 gangs, with responsibility for the day-to-day delivery of the groundworks package and ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and to programme.

The Role

Working closely with the Project Manager and wider site team, you will coordinate the groundworks gangs on site, monitor progress and ensure the works are delivered to the required quality and programme.

You will also be involved with RAMS, daily coordination, subcontractor management and general site-based management of the package.

Scope of Works

The project covers a standard commercial groundworks package.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Site Manager within groundworks

• Strong groundworks subcontractor background

• Commercial groundworks experience

• Experience managing multiple gangs

• SMSTS – Essential

• CSCS – Essential

• First Aid – Desirable
