Groundworks Lead

Core 4 are growing, and we’re looking for skilled groundworks professionals to join our expanding team. Based in Essex, we deliver high‑quality projects nationwide for respected clients including the NHS, Police forces and Tier 1 contractors.

We’re seeking candidates with experience in drainage installation, foundation works, hard landscaping or trenching. A full driving licence is essential, as use of company vehicles will be required. Plant and machinery tickets are desirable, but not essential — we invest in our people and provide training with a view to achieving qualifications such as MPORS.  Salary will vary based on experience.
