Group Estate Manager – Sytner Group

National role with regular travel
Contract: Full time, permanent
Sytner Group, the UK's leading retailer of prestige automotive brands, is seeking an experienced Group Estate Manager to oversee and optimise the performance of our extensive national property portfolio. With over 230 operational interests across Great Britain and an additional 30 in Northern Ireland, this role is key to ensuring our estate runs smoothly, efficiently and in line with Landlord and Tenant obligations.
The role
Reporting to the Group Property Director, you will be a trusted advisor, a skilled negotiator, and a proactive Manager of key estate events and external consultants.
You'll manage day to day GB estate operations, provide property advice to dealerships, handle rent reviews, business rates, lease events, dilapidations, acquisitions and disposals. You'll also support head office facilities and maintain accurate property records and reporting.
What you'll bring
- Strong estates/property management experience across multi site portfolios
- Solid understanding of Landlord & Tenant law, rent reviews, leases and rating
- Confident working with consultants, solicitors and internal teams
- Highly organised, proactive and able to manage multiple deadlines
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
- Willingness to travel nationwide
