As a Health & Safety Officer in the property department, you'll play a key role in ensuring safety standards are met and maintained across operations. This temporary position is all about supporting compliance and promoting a safe working environment.

Description

• Monitor and maintain health and safety compliance across property operations.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments.
• Provide guidance and advice on health and safety matters to staff and contractors.
• Investigate incidents and ensure appropriate follow-up actions are taken.
• Maintain accurate records of safety checks and compliance reports.
• Assist in developing and updating health and safety policies and procedures.
• Deliver training or briefings to raise awareness of safety standards.
• Collaborate with teams to identify and mitigate potential hazards.

Profile

A successful Health & Safety Officer should have:

• Relevant qualifications in health and safety practices.
• Experience in a property or similar environment.
• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations and compliance.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Confidence in conducting inspections and delivering training.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Job Offer

• Competitive hourly rate of £20.00 - £23.00, dependent on the level of experience.
