Handyperson/Maintenance Operative - Warminster
Location: Warminster and surrounding areas (60-90 minute radius)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 39 hours per week
Contract: Temp to Perm
We're looking for a Skilled Labourer / Maintenance Operative to join a responsive repairs team carrying out general maintenance and repair work within occupied social housing properties.

Key duties:
- General property maintenance and repairs
- Basic joinery, plumbing and patch plastering
- Painting and decorating (desirable)
- Using a PDA to manage jobs
- Delivering excellent customer service while working in occupied homes
- Following health and safety procedures
What we're looking for:
- Experience in property maintenance or as a Skilled Labourer/Maintenance Operative
- Basic joinery and plumbing skills
- Good communication and customer service
- Ability to work independently
- Full UK driving licence
A DBS check will be required for this role.
