Job Title: Site Handyman

Location: Sevenoaks, Kent (TN13 / TN14 / TN15)

Start Date: Late October 2026

Contract Duration: Long-Term / Ongoing

Pay Rate: £17.00 - £19.00 per hour (dependent on experience and pay type)

We are recruiting a skilled, versatile Handyman for an upcoming position on a high-spec residential construction project in Sevenoaks, starting towards the end of October 2026.

This role is ideal for a multi-skilled operative who can work independently, solve problems on site, and carry out a range of general trade duties, snagging, and basic maintenance to keep the site running smoothly through autumn and winter.

• Carrying out basic carpentry work (hoarding repairs, fitting locks, basic timber fixings, temporary protection).

• Performing basic plumbing, plaster patching, drylining repairs, and touch-up painting/decorating.

• Assisting the Site Manager with daily snagging lists and making good prior to site inspections.

• Setting up temporary site facilities, barriers, signs, and protection materials.

• Assisting with general site maintenance and ensuring work zones remain safe and secure.

• Valid CSCS Card (Blue Skilled Worker card preferred, or Green CSCS with proven trade experience).

• Own Hand & Power Tools (essential for general maintenance, carpentry, and fixing work).

• Full PPE (Steel toe-cap boots, high-vis vest/jacket, hard hat, and safety gloves).

• Strong, verifiable background as a Site Handyman or multi-trade operative.

• Punctual, reliable, and able to work off your own initiative.

• Right to work in the UK.

• Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM (40-45 hours per week).

• Start Date: Late October 2026.

• Duration: Long-term ongoing work.

• Weekly pay via CIS, Umbrella, or PAYE options.
