Location: Plymouth / Devon / Waterlooville | Hours: Days and nights | Pay: £16 – £20 per hour
We’re looking for a caring, reliable HCA WITH COMPLEX CARE EXPERIENCE to support young people and adults with complex needs.
What you’ll do
- Work as part of a team, supporting clients and colleagues
- Follow each client’s care plan
- Handle challenging situations positively and appropriately
- Work days and nights with young people and adults with complex needs
What we need
- Experience in complex care
- Strong face-to-face communication skills with non-verbal clients
- At least 12 months’ experience as a children’s and adults’ support worker in the UK
Nice to have
- A clear DBS on the Update Service
