PLUS £1,000 Welcome Bonus

Job description 

·Working in a newly opened Elderly Nursing Care Home, you will be responsible for delivering a high-quality catering service, planning menus for elderly residents, which are varied and interesting to meet individual tastes and dietary requirements.

·You will manage our dedicated catering team, ensuring the highest standards of nutrition, hygiene and safety. 

Person Specification

·Experienced in UK kitchens with good planning, budget and stock control abilities (at least 5 years).

·Care home experience is not essential, applications are welcome from Head Chefs, Catering Managers, Kitchen Managers etc.

·Chefs from restaurants, hotels, contract catering, education, healthcare and other volume catering environments
