You'll be joining a brand-new restaurant from the very beginning, giving you the opportunity to play a big part in building the kitchen, developing the food offering and helping create the restaurant's reputation.

We're looking for someone who takes pride in their food, enjoys leading a team and wants a long-term role where they can grow with the business.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Leading and managing the kitchen
Preparing and cooking high-quality food
Helping develop menus and specials
Supporting and developing the kitchen team
Managing stock, ordering and reducing food waste
Maintaining excellent food hygiene and cleanliness standards
Taking responsibility for the smooth running of the kitchen during service
Maintaining consistently high standards

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for an experienced chef who is:

Confident leading a kitchen
Passionate about food and presentation
Organised and reliable
Comfortable working in a busy environment
Able to manage a team and lead by example
Looking for long-term work rather than just a short-term position
