Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Chefs and Catering Assistants.
- Organise rotas, set objectives, and identify training needs.
- Ensure high standards of food hygiene and compliance with dietary requirements.
- Oversee production planning, stock control, and waste management.
- Manage catering budgets and support the smooth day-to-day running of the kitchen.
What We're Looking For
* Experience as a Head Chef or Kitchen Manager
* Strong knowledge of Allergens, food safety and hygiene standards
* Strong teamwork and communication skills
* A positive, hands-on approach
