We're looking for an experienced Head Housekeeper to join a beautiful country house Hotel in Bath, just a short distance from the city centre. With 70-plus bedrooms, elegant lounges and a stylish restaurant, this is a fantastic opportunity to step into a hands-on leadership role within a welcoming hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities:
As Head Housekeeper, you'll take responsibility for the day-to-day Housekeeping operation, ensuring guests enjoy consistently high standards throughout their stay.
- Manage daily cleaning operations and inspect rooms to ensure excellent standards
- Monitor brand standards and standard operating procedures
- Lead, motivate and develop the Housekeeping team
- Ensure training and competency records are fully completed
- Support with servicing bedrooms when required
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation and guest experience
- Provide flexible support across the operation, including occasional weekends
What we're looking for:
You'll need previous supervisory or management experience within a Hotel Housekeeping environment, together with a practical, hands-on approach.
- Previous Hotel housekeeping supervisory or management experience is essential
- Excellent communication and team leadership skills
- Strong attention to detail and a positive, can-do attitude
- Immediately available, with no prior commitments, notice period or planned holidays
- Able to commit for 2-3 months initially
- Flexible and willing to support the team where needed
