Do you have Sales/Business Development experience, within a Transport, Construction, or public sector background, looking to join a market leading UK manufacturer where you can take ownership of commercial growth and help shape the future direction of the business?

On offer is an excellent opportunity to join an innovative engineering company, where you will lead the commercial growth strategy for the business, develop high-value partnerships and drive new revenue streams across different sectors.

This specialist manufacturer operates at a multi-million-pound turnover, supplying signage and fabricated metal products to a wide range of industries, including construction, rail and highway networks. With exciting plans for further expansion, they are looking to appoint a high-calibre Head of Business Development to lead their growth plans within the UK.

In this varied role, you will develop and execute the national growth strategy, identify and secure new business opportunities, build relationships with senior stakeholders and manage a strong commercial pipeline. You will also lead and develop a small team of Business Development Managers, work closely with design and engineering teams to shape future products, and represent the business at industry events and stakeholder forums.

This role will suit a Sales/Business Development professional, from a Transport, Engineering, Construction, or public sector background, looking to take ownership of a growing market and progress their career with a market leading manufacturer that has exciting plans for future growth.

The Role:
* Head of Business Development
* Lead UK commercial growth strategy
* Manage and develop a small Business Development team
* Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm (Office Based)

The Person:
* Business Development / Sales experience
* Background in Transport, Engineering, Construction, or public sector
* Proven track record of winning new business and managing commercial pipelines
* Commutable to Hayes
