- Lead the Head of Business and manage end-to-end dealership operations to ensure high standards of excellence across all departments
- Develop and implement strategic plans aligned with long-term growth objectives, maximising profitability
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with manufacturer partners, ensuring compliance and optimal support
- Motivate, develop, and manage teams to deliver outstanding service and operational performance
- Oversee financial metrics, including profitability, KPIs, stock control, and cash flow management, ensuring targets are achieved
- Cultivate a positive customer experience, fostering loyalty and reputation
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiencies within the dealership
- Uphold brand standards and compliance with industry regulations
- Represent the dealership at industry events and stakeholder meetings
- Proven experience as a Head of Business, General Manager, Dealer Principal, or similar senior automotive management role
- Demonstrable success in leading dealership operations and teams within a high-volume environment
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
- Excellent commercial awareness, with experience managing profitability and business data analysis
- Comprehensive knowledge of automotive retail processes, including sales, aftersales, and customer experience
- Proficiency in automotive management systems and digital platforms
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Enthusiasm for automotive sector innovations, including electric and hybrid vehicle technologies
- High emotional intelligence and a strategic mindset
