This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Business Studies teacher or current middle leader to lead and develop a successful department, driving excellence in teaching, learning, and student achievement.

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Have a proven track record of delivering outstanding Business Studies lessons at Key Stage 4 and Key Stage 5.
• Demonstrate strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop both students and colleagues.
• Be passionate about raising standards and improving outcomes for all learners.
• Have excellent curriculum knowledge and the ability to drive departmental improvement and innovation.
• Possess outstanding classroom management and organisational skills.
• Work collaboratively with senior leaders, colleagues, parents, and external stakeholders to promote excellence across the school.

• Leading and managing the Business Studies department.
• Developing and implementing an ambitious and engaging curriculum.
• Monitoring and improving student progress and attainment.
• Supporting, coaching, and developing teaching staff within the department.
• Maintaining high standards of teaching, learning, behaviour, and achievement.
• Contributing to the wider strategic vision and success of the school.
