Head of Commercial

We are supporting a leading organisation in the appointment of a Head of Commercial to take ownership of commercial activity across a portfolio of complex projects and customer contracts.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead commercial management across complex projects and contracts.
• Develop commercial strategies and manage contractual obligations.
• Lead negotiations, variations, claims and commercial risk.
• Manage customer and internal stakeholder relationships.
• Monitor project financial performance and commercial outcomes.
• Support bids, new business and wider commercial strategy.
• Provide commercial leadership and guidance to project teams.

About You

• Proven experience in a Senior Commercial Manager or similar role.
• Strong contract management and negotiation experience.
• Background managing complex projects and customer relationships.
• Commercially astute with strong financial and analytical skills.
• Confident engaging with senior stakeholders.
