Genuit Group is a leading, listed manufacturer of sustainable water and climate management solutions, operating across multiple divisions and brands with a significant UK manufacturing footprint. As the Group continues to accelerate its digital and data agenda, Elevation Recruitment Group has been retained to appoint an exceptional leader to a newly defined Group-level role: Head of IT Business Solutions.

Reporting directly to the CIO, this is a pivotal leadership role at the heart of Genuit’s technology, architecture and transformation strategy. You will own the definition, governance and optimisation of the Group’s business application landscape - driving standardisation, consolidating platforms, and ensuring maximum value is realised from core systems across all business units.

Beyond platform architecture and consolidation, you will champion Genuit’s data and AI enablement agenda - ensuring business applications, processes and governance structures are designed to unlock insight, improve decision-making and deliver measurable operational benefit. This is a role for a leader who is equally comfortable setting enterprise direction as they are engaging in detail: a credible, steady presence who can influence at Group and Divisional level and bring structure and clarity to complexity.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Owning the enterprise application architecture across the Genuit Group, ensuring standardisation, scalability and alignment to business strategy
• Driving platform consolidation and rationalisation across ERP, CRM, HCM, BI and wider application landscape, eliminating duplication and fragmentation
• Leading the transition of ERP and business applications from programme delivery into stable, value-generating BAU, with strong adoption and lifecycle governance
• Establishing end-to-end solution governance across design, build, test, operate and optimise stages
• Partnering with Group Functions and Divisional leadership to translate business challenges into technology-enabled solutions and process improvement
• Embedding Lean-led thinking into process and solution design to drive operational efficiency
• Championing the data strategy through business applications, enabling consistent, high-quality insight and decision-making
• Driving AI and automation use cases through application and process design to unlock measurable business value
• Ensuring security, regulatory compliance and robust governance across all business solutions, including third-party applications
• Leading and developing the Business Solutions team, ensuring capability, structure and performance are aligned to Group needs
• Working closely with IT Business Partners and the IT PMO to prioritise demand and deliver outcomes aligned to business value
• Contributing as a senior member of the Group IT leadership team to broader digital and transformation strategy

You will be a proven senior IT leader with a track record of delivering real change in complex, multi-site or Group-structured organisations. Specifically, you will bring:

• Strong experience across enterprise application ecosystems including SAP S/4HANA and Workday (essential)
• Experience across CRM (Salesforce), BI (Power BI) and wider data platforms
• Significant experience in manufacturing environments, including ERP and MES integration
• Proven track record in application consolidation, standardisation and rationalisation at scale
• Strong understanding of solution lifecycle management and governance in complex environments
• Substantial experience leading large-scale transformation programmes and operating model change
• Experience applying Lean / Six Sigma or structured process improvement methodologies
• Strong leadership capability within matrix or Group environments with the ability to influence at executive level
• Highly developed stakeholder management skills with credibility at Board and senior leadership level
• A pragmatic change leader who balances technical depth with behavioural and organisational change capability
