Founder led and part of 1% for the Planet, there is the chance to really become part of their mission, as well as growing your own skillset.  Taking full ownership of end-to-end manufacturing across both the UK and internationally, you will manage a team of 10, overseeing production cycles and tight timelines.

This is not a factory/plant manager role. This position is focused on building and managing the external manufacturing network.

What will do as the Head of Manufacturing & Supply Chain

• Own the end to end co-manufacturing network, selection, terms and performance
• Set up and scale global manufacturers and packing arrangements
• Oversee waste, MOQ’s, packaging specs and supplier negotiation
• Manage and grow team to 10
• Work closely with head of logistics to ensure moving product from factory to shelf
• Take formulations from concept to production and cycle

What you need to be the Head of Manufacturing & Supply Chain

• Worked in FMCG / Beverage’s sector
• Manged external co-manufacturers in the UK & Internationally
• Proven track record of commercial negotiation and performance management
• Worked at head of level in Manufacturing (industry), supply chain or Operations
• Happy to be based onsite
• Managed a small team
