Head of Operations - Coordinator

This prestigious banking institution based in London and Birmingham have an urgent temporary requirement as a Coordinator for the Head of Operations. This role will be based in either location and suitable candidates must have had proven proven Coordination/PA work experience preferably within a banking Operations operations environment. Duties will include:-Minute taking, responsible for updating spreadsheets and trackers, arranging meetings and helping with documentation and tracking. Applicants must posses good Excel skills and excellent organisational skills.
