Our client, a busy and well-established logistics company, is looking for a proactive and organised Health & Safety Administrator to support their Health & Safety team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills, ideally gained within a logistics or transport environment. Previous Health & Safety experience is not essential, as full support will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Collating information to support Health & Safety investigations and reports.
- Requesting and organising documentation from managers.
- Updating and maintaining training records and driver/operative training matrixes.
- Scanning and uploading documents to the company's drive.
- Ensuring records are accurate, organised, and up to date.
- Providing general administrative support to the Health & Safety team.
- Previous administration experience, ideally within a logistics, transport, warehouse, or manufacturing environment.
- Confident using Microsoft Office and computer systems.
- Good communication skills and the ability to liaise with managers across the business.
