Do you enjoy partnering with operational leaders to make health and safety practical, visible and embedded across multiple sites?

Irwin and Colton are delighted to announce that we are partnering alongside a leading FTSE-listed leisure and fitness organisation to recruit for a Health and Safety Advisor, working regionally across a portfolio of sites in London.

This is a hands-on role, working closely with Site Managers and operational teams to provide pragmatic advice, strengthen safety standards and ensure health and safety remains embedded across day-to-day operations.

The successful Health and Safety Advisor will:

• Partner with Site Managers to provide pragmatic health and safety advice on day-to-day operations.
• Deliver audits, inspections and risk assessments to ensure compliance.
• Lead investigations into accidents, incidents and near misses and implement corrective actions.
• Deliver health and safety training, workshops and awareness sessions to operational teams and regional forums.

The successful Health and Safety Advisor will have:

• NEBOSH General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety (or equivalent) is essential.
• Experience providing health and safety support within an operational or multi site environment is desirable
• Knowledge of CDM and Building Safety would be beneficial.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
