We are seeking a proactive Health and Safety Advisor to join a major principal contractor on a short-term contract at an energy recovery facility based in Teesside. This vital role will involve supporting a key client project, ensuring compliance, safe operations, and incident prevention during night shifts.

The successful candidate will:

  • Conduct safety inspections, risk assessments, and permit to work checks on site.
  • Support incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
  • Promote a positive safety culture across the project site.
  • Collaborate closely with operational teams and contractors to uphold safety standards.
  • Assist in safety documentation and reporting aligned with project requirements.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong understanding of health and safety regulations within high-hazard or industrial environments.
  • Previous experience supporting energy or large-scale infrastructure projects.
