We are recruiting for a proactive Health and Safety Manager to lead the organisation's Health and Safety function, ensuring high standards of compliance while driving continuous improvements across all areas of the business.

The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and implementing effective Health and Safety initiatives, providing expert guidance to stakeholders, and maintaining robust systems and processes. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident Health and Safety professional who can build strong working relationships, promote a positive safety culture, and provide meaningful insight to the senior leadership team.

Key Responsibilities of the Health and Safety Manager will include:

• Manage and continuously improve the organisation's Health and Safety management systems.
  * Provide expert advice to ensure compliance with current Health and Safety legislation and industry standards.
  * Create, update and implement Health and Safety policies, procedures and risk management documentation.
  * Review Health and Safety data, identify trends and present performance updates to senior leadership.

The successful Health and Safety Manager will have:

• A sound understanding of UK Health and Safety legislation and recognised best practice.
  * Previous experience managing Health and Safety systems and reporting on performance metrics.
  * Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  * A proactive approach with the ability to work autonomously and deliver lasting improvements.
  * A NEBOSH qualification (or equivalent) as a minimum requirement.
